Exclusions:
1. Pressure cleaning of exterior areas such as
patio/courtyard/garage is not a part of cleaning and
can be added at an extra charge.
2. Professional tiles and grouts cleaning can be added at
an extra charge.
3. We do not clean ceilings and curtains.
4. You will need to seek assistance from a professional
blind cleaner if the blinds are heavily greasy.
5. Any Cleaning that are not listed on the itemised pricing
\are excluded.
6. Standard Vacate cleaning includes Cleaning of all
internal surfaces as part of the standard vacate
cleaning checklist as enlisted by REWA and external
tidy up limited to Patio/Alfresco and Garage (sweeping
and cobweb removal)
Payment Terms:
1. All Cleaning work carried out on an empty house where
the billing address is the same empty property are
required to be paid upfront to finalise the booking.
2. $44 deposit is required after accepting the quote, and
the remaining balance is to be paid two days prior to
the cleaning date either via card payment or bank
deposit.
3. Cash payment on the day is also available. However,
payment must be made upfront.
4. A 1.95% card processing fee is applicable for all card
payments.
